  • A full appraisal of the current rental value of your property.

  • Advertise the property "TO LET".
  • Check prospective tenant's applications, and in turn arrange viewings of the property.
  • Obtain bank, character and employers references.
  • Prepare a tenancy agreement, which meets all current legislation (a copy to be made available to the landlord for approval.)
  • To arrange signature of all relevant documents.
  • To collect 1 month's rent in advance.
  • Collect a deposit, and place it in the tenant's deposit scheme.
  • Provide the landlord with a statement of rent collected and deductions made.
  • To pay the landlord the balance as soon as practical.
  • Any landlord monies will be held in a clients account, with no interest payable to the landlord.
  • Arrange all property maintenance, with the agreement of the landlord.
