- Advertise the property

- Check prospective tenant's
applications , and in turn arrange viewings of the property.
- Obtain bank, character and employers
references .
- Prepare a
tenancy agreement , which meets all current legislation (a copy to be made available to the landlord for approval.)
- To arrange signature of all
relevant documents.
- To
collect 1 month's rent in advance.
- Collect a
deposit , and place it in the tenant's deposit scheme .
- Provide the landlord with a
statement of rent collected and deductions made.
- To
pay the landlord the balance as soon as practical.
- Any landlord monies will be held in a clients account, with
no interest payable to the landlord.
- Arrange all property
maintenance , with the agreement of the landlord.
